Out Of Hours Calls
Out of Hours medical care is now the responsibility of the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board who have contracted the service to the North Wales GP Out of Hours (OOH) Service. When the Surgery is closed you should ring: 0300 123 55 66
You will be answered by a trained call handler who will take basic details from you and arrange for your needs to be assessed by a health professional. You will be given advice and may be asked to attend a primary care treatment centre or receive a home visit if it is necessary.
N.B. If a patient's life seems at risk call an ambulance (999) as well as North Wales GP Out of Hours Service.
Emergencies
One doctor is on call each day for emergencies in addition to his/her normal work - please only call if you really cannot wait.
